Attire is ‘cocktail’ so while not black tie business attire would be too casual.

By law the IRS will not allow a charity to give a tax receipt for a ticket that was purchased and the purchaser “received” something for the donation. The charity must deduct the actual cost of the dinner and the remainder of the gross sale is considered a donation. A portion of your ticket sale is tax deductible and we will send you a tax receipt with details.

There is a parking lot for guests at the hotel and valet service at the hotel entrance.


Some guests may prefer to stay overnight at the hotel after the party, if so, please contact us and we’ll try to get a better rate than the standard one offered to guests. Best news: The Madison Beach Hotel allows you to bring your dog! (That’s why we chose them!)


We’re always looking for sponsors and for this event we would be happy to promote your name, business logo or other branding item as a sponsor of the event overall or a portion of the evening.
