• Sponsors information in adoption bag

WEDNESDAY BEFORE EVENT WEEKEND: 3:00pm to 8:00pm

• Site Team Set Up: 3:00PM to 8:00PM
• Rentals On Site: 3:00PM
• Trailers on Site: 3:00PM

STATIONS COORDINATORS: 6:00pm to 8:00pm

• Stations set up with station supplies, volunteer shirts, lanyards & training sheets

THURSDAY VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION: 5:00pm to 7:30pm

STATIONS COORDINATORS AND ALL STATION TEAM LEADERS

• All stations & signage in order, paperwork on hand, training information on hand

ADMIN: BY 3:oopm

• All volunteer lanyards merged and output
• All volunteer T-shirts separated and on “Info” table at site
• All incoming dogs from out of state – health certificates merged and output

RESCUE TEAM

• All intake materials on site and ready for am.

Volunteer check in area completed & Rescue check in area set up

• 5:00PM to 5:30PM              Team Leader Meeting
• 6:00PM to 8:00PM              Volunteer Registration

FRIDAY: 8:ooam to 7:00pm
